| (2) | Conduct in-class demonstration teaching to help teachers grasp the essence of teaching and implement it in the classroom through live demonstrations. |
| (3) | Assist in implementing the processes of observation, preparation, and discussion to promote professional exchange and practice. |
| 3. | Key points of this project are summarized as follows: |

| 3. | Must cooperate with the needs of the applying schools and provide regular guidance once a week or every other week on a semester basis; and assist schools in implementing the "Increase A, Decrease C" strategy of the "Academic Performance Amplification Project." |
| 4. | On-site service is on a semester basis. Full-time project teachers will serve at least 12 days (24 half-days) per month; part-time project teachers will serve at least 6 days (12 half-days) per month as a general rule. If part-time project teachers have other duties, their service hours may be reduced, but they should still maintain an average of 2 to 4 days of on-site service per month. |
| 5. | For those serving as project teachers for the first time, they will generally be hired as part-time project teachers. |
