115th Year Two Conventions Human Rights Education and Promotion Training

| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Justice's letter No. 11502511340 dated March 3, 115, and our government's letter No. 1150055219 dated March 4, 115, the following is processed. |
| II. | According to the "Two Covenants Education and Promotion Plan" (period of implementation: January 115 to December 118) formulated by the Ministry of Justice, our government must achieve a 70% training coverage rate annually (regardless of in-person or online courses). The Department of Legal Affairs will compile the results and report them to the Ministry of Justice. Please ask all schools and units to promote to their colleagues that they should select and study the "Two Covenants" human rights courses on the "e-Learning Civil Service+" platform before June 15, 115. The Department will request all schools to report the number of trainees in October 115 for compilation and further processing. |
| III. | Furthermore, schools are requested to take advantage of appropriate occasions such as school affairs meetings, teacher training sessions, class meetings, or related courses to strengthen the promotion of the human rights concepts of the Two Covenants in suitable ways. The question bank and electronic publications of human rights teaching materials related to the Two Covenants are all available on the Ministry of Justice's "Human Rights March Forward" website (Path: Homepage/Promoting the Two Covenants/Two Covenants Teaching Materials; URL: https://www.humanrights.moj.gov.tw/). You are welcome to download and refer to them. |
