| I. | To expand the social circles of colleagues in the agencies (organizations) and schools under this Prefecture, and to promote emotional exchange and positive interaction, the aforementioned activity is hereby organized. |
| II. | A summary of the aforementioned activity content is as follows: |
| (I) | Activity content for each session: |
| 1. | First session: June 13, 115 (Saturday), "True Love Story: Flowers Expressing Affection" One-Day Tour, held at Zhuzihu Scenic Area in Yangmingshan and True Love Peach Blossom Garden, etc., registration fee NT$1,760 (hereinafter referred to as NT$). |
| 2. | Second session: July 19, 115 (Sunday), "Table for Happiness, Adorn Your Heart" Half-Day Tour, held at "Lepu Hall" in Taoyuan 77 Art Town, registration fee NT$1,000. |
| 3. | Third session: August 15 and 16, 115 (Saturday and Sunday), "Lakeside Leisure: Brewing Love" Two-Day Tour, held at Zhongshe Flower Garden, Sun Moon Lake Black Tea Factory, Longfeng Temple, and Mushroom Village Leisure Farm, etc., registration fee NT$4,920. |
| 4. | Fourth session: September 5, 115 (Saturday), "King and Queen Pool Party" One-Day Tour, held at Queenstown Forest and Pottery Studio, etc., registration fee NT$1,760. |
| (II) | Participants and quotas: |
| 1. | Current unmarried civil servants, contracted, and temporary staff of agencies (organizations) and schools under this Prefecture, district offices, the City Council, and the Fuxing District Representative Council (hereinafter referred to as Prefecture colleagues), excluding labor contractors and substitute service personnel. |
| 2. | Current unmarried civil servants, contracted, and temporary staff of agencies (organizations) and schools in other counties and cities, and unmarried individuals from enterprises within this city are also welcome to participate. |
| 3. | The maximum number of participants for the first, third, and fourth sessions is 40 people, and for the second session is 32 people. |
| (III) | Subsidy: |
| 1. | Subsidy amount: All Prefecture colleagues who participate will receive an 80% subsidy of the registration fee. Additionally, a "buddy subsidy" is provided for female Prefecture colleagues who sign up together for the same session: an extra 10% subsidy per person for accompanying 1 female colleague, and an extra 20% subsidy per person for accompanying 2 female colleagues. Therefore, female Prefecture colleagues can receive up to a full subsidy. |
| 2. | Subsidy method: After registration is confirmed, participants must pay the full registration fee. The subsidy will be issued before the end of each session. |
| (IV) | Registration period: From now until the Friday of the week before each session, or until full. |
| III. | Attached are the activity itinerary and poster, each in one copy. Related information is also posted on the website of the Personnel Department of this Prefecture (https://personnel.tycg.gov.tw) under the "Hot Activities" section and the "Business Information > Salary and Benefits > Recreation" section. Registration can also be done via the QR code on the poster. |
