Regarding the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival, please implement the reporting and logging procedures for integrity and ethics incidents.

| I. | This is handled in accordance with the letter of the Agency Against Corruption, Ministry of Justice, dated January 14, 115. |
| II. | During the Dragon Boat Festival period, please strengthen the promotion of the "Taoyuan City Government Employee Integrity and Ethics Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as these Regulations). Public servants who receive gifts from individuals with whom they have a conflict of interest in their duties shall, except for the circumstances listed in the proviso of Article 4 of these Regulations, refuse or return them and report to their superiors and notify the anti-corruption agency. When invited to banquets or social events by individuals with whom they have a conflict of interest in their duties, they shall not participate, except for the circumstances listed in the proviso of Article 7, Paragraph 1 of these Regulations. In exceptional cases such as official etiquette or public events for folk festivals, they may participate only after reporting to their superiors and notifying the anti-corruption agency in accordance with Article 10. For matters involving requests or recommendations, the provisions of Article 11 of these Regulations shall be implemented, and superiors shall be reported to and the anti-corruption agency notified within three days, in order to maintain public trust in the impartial performance of duties by public servants. |
| III. | To deepen colleagues' understanding of integrity and ethics regulations, please encourage the use of teaching resources such as the "e-Learning Public Service Platform" (https://elearn.hrd.gov.tw/mooc/index.php) provided by the Civil Service Development Institute of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan, to learn relevant courses on integrity and ethics. |
