Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau is organizing the "115th Academic Year National Student Northern and Southern Pipe Music Competition".

| I. | The details of the aforementioned competition are as follows: |
| (1) | Eligibility: Elementary and junior high school students nationwide. |
| (2) | Competition Categories: Nanguan Ensemble Vocal Group, Nanguan Ensemble Instrumental Group, Beiguan Ensemble Vocal Group, Beiguan Ensemble Instrumental Group. |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: Please register through your school by September 9, 115 (postmark date is considered). |
| (4) | Preliminary Round Date: September 19, 115. |
| (5) | Final Round Date: October 17, 115. |
| (6) | Competition Venue: Performance Hall of the Nanguan and Beiguan Music and Opera Museum. |
| (7) | Awards: For each elementary and junior high school category, one "Special Excellence" award and one "Excellence" award will be given. "Merit" awards will be given to 1 to 3 groups based on merit. The highest prize money is NT$12,000, with a total prize pool of NT$204,000. |
| (8) | This competition will be included in the ranking for the twelve-year basic education exemption admission in the Changhua area. The points will be calculated according to the standard for county-level competition items. |
