| I. | This is in accordance with the letter from the National Academy of Governance (hereinafter referred to as the Academy) dated June 8, 115, with file number 1150660054. A copy of the original letter is attached. |
| II. | To implement the "2030 Bilingual Policy" and enhance the international competitiveness of civil servants, the Academy is offering the aforementioned workshop. Through the assistance of digital technology and artificial intelligence, it aims to strengthen the workplace English proficiency of public servants. Key course information is as follows: |
| (I) | Target Audience: Civil servants of all ranks are welcome to register. However, the workshop is divided into two levels, and participants should register for the corresponding session based on their English proficiency. |
| 1. | Sessions 1 & 2 "Beginner Class": Proof of proficiency equivalent to the "General English Test" beginner level or CEF certificate A1, A2 is required. |
| 2. | Session 3 "English Conversation", Session 4 "English Correspondence": Proof of proficiency equivalent to the "General English Test" intermediate level or CEF certificate B1 or above is required. Priority will be given to those who have not previously attended the same themed training of this workshop. |
| (II) | Implementation Method: Conducted online via Google Meet. Each session lasts for 4 weeks, held every Thursday from 18:30 to 21:00. Each session consists of 3 periods, with each period being 50 minutes long, totaling 12 hours. |
| (III) | For the themes and dates of each session, please refer to Section III of the original letter. |
| III. | Registration Method: |
| (I) | Each session has a limit of 50 participants. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis via individual online application. Registration opens at 9:00 AM on June 16, 115 (Tuesday) and can be done through the "Convenient Services / Course Registration" section on the National Academy of Governance Global Information Website (https://www.nacs.gov.tw). The registration deadline is 5 weeks prior to the start of each session. Please provide accurate personal information during registration for the purpose of sending course-related information. |
| (II) | After the Academy reviews the qualifications of the applicants, the list of admitted participants will generally be announced on the Academy's Global Information Website approximately 3 weeks before the start of each session. No separate notification will be sent. |
