| I. | The Environmental Quality And Education Foundation was established in 1984 and is an observer to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD). We focus on environmental education, climate change, environmental law, and international participation, and are happy to provide a platform for children and adolescents. |
| II. | This event encourages children and adolescents to deeply understand and rethink their homeland, and to record its appearance. Through paintings, tens of thousands of works from children and adolescents in over thirty countries worldwide have conveyed their images of their homelands. |
| III. | We sincerely invite all children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 to paint "My Homeland" on B4 (26 × 38 cm) drawing paper. The creative style and medium are not limited. Please mail your submissions by October 15, 2026 (postmark date is the criterion). The mailing address is the 6th Floor-1, No. 88, Section 2, Xinyi Road, Daan District, Taipei City (10641). |
| IV. | There is no limit to the number of award-winning works. The judging criteria are not about "who draws best," but rather to encourage students to engage in environmental dialogue through their brushstrokes and present detailed observations of their homelands. All grade levels have the opportunity to win awards, and based on past experience, the number of award-winning works can exceed 10% of the total submissions. The submitted works will be organized by our foundation and sent to Central Europe for evaluation in Belarus. The list of award winners is expected to be announced in April of next year (2027), digital certificates will be mailed in June, and exhibitions or publications will be planned for outstanding works. We also invite supervising teachers to sign their names on the submitted works to share this honor together. |
| V. | In the 21st "In My Homeland" International Painting Competition, a total of 63 creators from Taiwan received awards. The excellent artworks were exhibited at the Yilan Story House in May this year and will continue to be exhibited at the Far Eastern Department Store Zhubei Store, 8th Floor Art Corridor, from September 21st to October 5th.
