Regarding the "Health Gatekeeper - Home Health Checkup Activity" of our government in 2026

| I. | To encourage our colleagues to prioritize their health management, enhance the effectiveness of health check subsidies, and provide convenient health check services, our government has planned the aforementioned health check event for 115 [Republic of China calendar year]. Through public selection, Taoyuan Branch of Taipei Veterans General Hospital has been appointed as the medical institution undertaking this service. Details are as follows: |
| (I) | Health Check Time: July 28, 115 (Tuesday) and July 29, 115 (Wednesday), from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. |
| (II) | Health Check Location: 4th Floor Auditorium and Parking Lot (X-ray photography vehicle) of Taoyuan District Office. |
| (III) | Eligible Participants: Limited to colleagues of all agencies (schools) under this government. Family members of employees are not permitted to participate. |
| (IV) | Health Check Packages: This health check offers three discounted packages: a NT$4,500 comprehensive package, a NT$7,000 comprehensive premium package, and a cardiovascular package. These include screening for tumor markers, ultrasounds, fundus photography, and other common disease-related examinations. |
| (V) | Others: |
| 1. | Those eligible for the government's health check subsidy may apply for reimbursement of expenses from their respective service agencies (schools) with the payment receipt. Service agencies (schools) shall grant one day of official leave. |
| 2. | For those not eligible for the government's health check subsidy but participating at their own expense, service agencies (schools) may grant one day of official leave once every two years. |
| II. | The health check event will be registered online through the "Personnel Service Network eCPA System - D6: Lifelong Learning Portal." Related matters are as follows: |
