| I. | A working meeting and team leaders' meeting for the aforementioned championship was held on June 11, 115, including a draw for the competition schedule. Subsequently, some participating organizations reported that the draw results for the Women's C Group for civil servants had omitted some teams. To maintain fairness among participating teams and considering that each group competes individually, a meeting for the Women's C Group draw for civil servants was held again on June 16. The draw results for other groups were not affected and remain as of June 11, 115. |
| II. | The aforementioned championship is scheduled to be held at Chang Gung University of Science and Technology on June 27, 115. The opening ceremony will commence promptly at 8:00 AM. All teams are required to assemble and line up at the front stage by 7:30 AM. |
| III. | Considering the limited parking spaces at Chang Gung University of Science and Technology, one VIP parking pass will be provided to each participating organization (agency). These passes will be distributed on the day of the aforementioned meeting. Participating organizations (agencies) that have not yet collected their parking passes are requested to send a representative to the Personnel Department of this Administration to collect them before Tuesday, June 23, 115. |
