2026 Taoyuan Sanjieye Cultural Festival - Lively Sanjieye Student Painting Competition

| I. | To preserve and pass down important folk belief cultural heritage, this activity aims to enhance students' understanding of the connection between the Sanjieye belief and the development of Taoyuan's water conservancy systems, as well as its cultural significance in local society. Excellent and creative paintings with cultural meaning will be selected and exhibited during the 2026 Sanjieye Cultural Festival. |
| II. | The details of the "2026 Taoyuan Sanjieye Cultural Festival - Lively Sanjieye Student Painting Competition" are as follows: |
| (I) | Submission Period: From now until August 31, 2027 (Monday). |
| (II) | Participants and Categories: Junior high and elementary school students in Taoyuan City are welcome to participate. |

| (III) | Participation Method: |
| 1. | Fill out the attached registration form and mail the original registration form along with your artwork to: B2 (C5), No. 145, Section 1, Xiyuan Road, Wanhua District, Taipei City 10852, Attention: Liangyi International Co., Ltd. - Lively Sanjieye Student Painting Competition Team (postmark date applies), or deliver it in person to the service desk of Xingyuan Temple in Zhongli District (No. 19, Lane 259, Longren Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City) by 5:00 PM on August 31, 2027. |
| 2. | Please use the A3 drawing paper (29.7 x 42 cm) designed by the organizer for your artwork. Any painting medium is acceptable, including watercolor, crayon, ink wash, colored pens, etc. No mounting is required. This competition does not include sketches, collages, 3D works, or computer graphics. |
| 3. | Registration forms and drawing paper can be collected at the service desk of Xingyuan Temple in Zhongli District (limited quantity, while supplies last), or downloaded and printed online. |

| (V) | Winner Notification: |
| 1. | Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Excellence award winners will be invited to attend the award ceremony (scheduled for September 16, 2027). Details will be announced after the winner announcement. |
| 2. | All award-winning artworks will be mounted and kept by the organizing unit, and will be publicly exhibited at Xingyuan Temple in Zhongli District and other venues arranged by the organizer. |
