Announcement Compilation
To promote and facilitate civil servants' use of the "National Registration System for Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau Travel" (hereinafter referred to as the Registration System), the Mainland Affairs Council has requested the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan to build a link to the Registration System within the WebITR internal attendance system.

| 2. | Please have all agencies and schools, according to their respective attendance systems, cooperate in carrying out relevant publicity matters: |
| (1) | WebITR System: Please encourage colleagues to utilize the login system. |
| (2) | WebCHR Cloud Attendance Management System: The system has incorporated a link to the "Dynamic Registration System for Travel to Mainland Regions" within the "Application for Travel to Mainland Regions" section. Please strengthen publicity to encourage colleagues to utilize it. |
| (3) | For those using other attendance systems: You may assess budget and other conditions to reference and build a link to the registration system, or use other appropriate methods to strengthen publicity, to facilitate colleagues' utilization. |
