| I. | This is in accordance with the letter from the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan (hereinafter referred to as DGPA) No. 1154001207 dated June 25, 115, and a copy of the original letter is attached. |
| II. | The aforementioned insurance was selected through public bidding by DGPA, and Fubon Insurance Co., Ltd. will continue to underwrite it. The period of coverage is from July 1, 115, to June 30, 118. For related information, please visit the DGPA official website (https://www.dgpa.gov.tw/) news section, the e-Government Welfare Platform, the "Welfare and Recreation" section of the Benefits and Welfare Division, the Fubon Insurance Public and Civil Servant Travel Accident Insurance Card website (https://www.fubon.com/insurance/b2b2c/hwc/index.html), or call 0809-019-888 for inquiries. |
| III. | Furthermore, to protect the rights and interests of public and civil servants who have already applied for the Travel Accident Insurance Card, Fubon Insurance Co., Ltd. will separately send a notification letter informing them of the existing member plan details, which is hereby stated. |
