Announcement Compilation

Reiterate that the "Principles for Recommending Disciplinary Actions for Civil Servants of the Executive Yuan and its Affiliated Central and Local Agencies (Organizations) and Schools Who Illegally (Irregularly) Travel to Mainland China" and the "Principles for Recommending Disciplinary Actions for Civil Servants of the Executive Yuan and its Affiliated Agencies (Organizations) and Schools Who Irregularly Travel to Hong Kong and Macao" shall both take effect from July 1, 115.

I.To be handled in accordance with the Municipality Government's letter No. 1140379164 dated January 2, 115, and this Bureau's letter No. 1150007324 dated January 22, 115.
II.Relevant document numbers: Municipality Government's letter No. 1140306802 dated November 6, 114, and No. 1150072451 dated March 24, 115.
III.This Bureau and its subordinate agencies and schools shall implement the mechanism for reporting abnormal situations or disappearances of civil servants traveling to mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, and for regular spot checks, starting from January 1, 115. If any agency or school encounters a colleague who violates regulations by traveling to mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau, please refer to the disciplinary measures listed in the attached disciplinary principles for reference and impose disciplinary action in accordance with the "Key Points for Handling Disciplinary Cases of Civil Servants in the Municipality Government and its Subordinate Agencies and Schools" and other relevant regulations.
IV.Attached are 1 copy each of the aforementioned disciplinary principles.
