| I. | This is in accordance with the Bureau's letter of May 21, 115, No. 1150046331, and the letter of June 15, 115, No. 1150005121, from Huilong Junior High School (hereinafter referred to as Huilong Junior High School). |
| II. | The aforementioned plan is summarized as follows (details in the implementation plan): |
| (I) | Selection Content: |
| 1. | Documentary Group: |
| (1) | The theme is the "Three Beauties of the Heart" movement - greeting, gratitude, and doing good deeds. Choose at least one as the main content of the film, and conduct candid filming and interviews of the participants during the activity. |
| (2) | The film will be presented using a mixed editing of photos and videos. |
| 2. | Creative Group: |
| (1) | The theme is the "Three Beauties of the Heart" movement - greeting, gratitude, and doing good deeds. Choose at least one as the main content of the film, and conduct original video shooting. |
| (2) | The film content can be presented in various forms such as short dramas, commercials, crosstalk, song MVs, etc. |
| (II) | Submission Requirements: |
| 1. | The video length (including opening and closing credits) should be between 2 minutes 30 seconds and 3 minutes 30 seconds. The video format should be compatible with YouTube uploads (e.g., .MOV, .MPEG4, .MP4, .AVI, .WMV, etc.). |
| 2. | Each entry can have a maximum of 3 main authors. The "Three Beauties of the Heart Exemplary Selection Activity Registration Form," "Copyright Free Authorization Agreement," and "Entry Authorization Statement" must be filled out. |

| 2. | Mail: (As per Annexes I, II, and III of the Implementation Plan) Please mail the video CD to the Dean's Office of Huilong Junior High School (Address: No. 168, Section 1, Wanshou Road, Guishan District, Taoyuan City 333), Tel: (02) 8209-6088 ext. 310, 317. |
