| 2. | According to Article 6 of the Fundamental Act of Education, education shall be based on the principle of neutrality; schools shall not engage in propaganda or activities for specific political groups; and the competent educational administrative authorities and schools shall not compel school administrative staff, teachers, and students to participate in any political groups or activities. |
| 3. | Furthermore, according to Article 9 of the Civil Service Neutrality Act, civil servants shall not use administrative resources to compile, print, distribute, or post documents, pictures, or other promotional materials, or organize related activities to support or oppose specific political parties, other political groups, or candidates for public office. |
| 4. | Moreover, according to Article 13 of the Civil Service Neutrality Act, the heads or supervisors of each agency shall prohibit visits by political parties, candidates for public office, or their supporters during the election period from the date the election commission announces the election notice until the voting day, and shall post notices prohibiting campaign activities at conspicuous locations at all entrances and exits of their offices and activity venues. |
