| I. | In accordance with the "Friendly Workplace - Welfare Service Measures for Civil Servants and Employees Promotion Plan". |
| II. | The relevant notes for the preferential measures of the childcare service institutions mentioned above are as follows: |
| (I) | Eligible recipients and methods: |
| 1. | The eligible recipients are civil servants and employees of various agencies (schools) under this government, including civil servants, technicians, workers, drivers, contract employees, and contracted personnel, as well as staff of enterprises and administrative legal persons under this government. |
| 2. | Preferential plans can be enjoyed by presenting employee cards, identification cards, or proof of employment. |
| (II) | This government provides information on preferential measures for employees to refer to and utilize freely. In case of consumption disputes or litigation, employees shall handle them in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law or the Civil Code. This government will not intervene in the performance disputes between the parties and the childcare service institutions. |
| (III) | The preferential measures are valid for 2 years. If the special agreement is terminated or the childcare service institution ceases operations during this period, it will be announced on the website of the Personnel Department of this government. |
| (IV) | The contracted childcare service institutions and preferential measures can be inquired on the Employee Welfare section of the website of the Personnel Department of this government. |
| III. | Please have your agency (school) continue to inquire with its employees (grandchildren) who are already enrolled in childcare, or with legally established, highly-rated, and reputable childcare service institutions in the local area, by July 31, 115, to sign an agreement with the Personnel Department of this government regarding their willingness to provide childcare service preferential plans, in order to offer a diverse range of childcare options for the employees of this government. |
