| I. | To promote the physical and mental health of our colleagues, encourage sportsmanship, and foster team spirit, the aforementioned competition is hereby organized. |
| II. | The details of this year's competition are as follows: |
| (I) | Competition Date: September 12, 115 (Saturday), from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. |
| (II) | Competition Venue: Taoyuan Municipal Taoyuan Senior High School Gymnasium (No. 38, Sec. 3, Chenggong Rd., Taoyuan Dist., Taoyuan City). |
| (III) | Team Formation and Eligibility: |
| 1. | Civil Servant Group: |
| (1) | Teams may be formed by each first-level agency (including its subordinate units), district offices (including the representative assembly for Fuxing District), public enterprises, the Retired Civil Servants Association of our government, and the City Council and City Audit Office. Each may form one male and one female team. However, teams that participated in the previous competition and were classified as Group A or Group B based on their results are not subject to the aforementioned team limit. The Indigenous Peoples Commission, Department of Legal Affairs, Hakka Affairs Department, Youth Affairs Department, and Women and Children Development Department may form a joint team or merge with the General Affairs Department, Department of Information, Secretariat, Department of Personnel, Department of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, and Department of Government Ethics to form a City Government United Team. |
| (2) | Participants are limited to currently employed personnel within the established structure, technicians, workers, drivers, cleaning staff, survey assistants, resident police officers, contract employees, acting personnel, and monthly paid contract personnel. Substitute service personnel are excluded. Participants in the Retired Civil Servants Association team are limited to retired civil servants and teachers from the agencies and schools under our government, the City Council, and the City Audit Office. |
| 2. | Teacher and Staff Group: |
| (1) | Teams are divided by administrative districts. Each district office may form one male and one female team. |
| (2) | Participants are limited to currently employed teachers and staff, technicians, workers, contract employees, acting personnel, and monthly paid contract personnel of municipal schools at all levels within each district. Substitute service personnel, substitute teachers, and intern teachers are excluded. |
| (3) | Full-time staff of municipal schools at all levels may choose to participate in either the Civil Servant Group of their respective district office or the Teacher and Staff Group, but may not participate in both. Teachers and staff of municipal kindergartens will be included in the Department of Education and participate in the Civil Servant Group. |
| III. | This year's competition will be conducted through online registration. Agencies (organizations) and groups wishing to participate should register on the website (URL: https://mkez.tw/ty). If you need to modify your registration information, please do so on the registration website before the registration deadline of August 14, 115 (Friday). |
| IV. | The work meeting and team leader meeting for this year's competition will be held at 2:00 PM on August 26, 115 (Wednesday) in Conference Room 1301 on the 13th floor of our government building. A computer draw for the various groups will be conducted at the meeting. Representatives from participating agencies (organizations) and groups are requested to attend. |
| V. | The expenses for the Civil Servant Group shall be borne by each agency. For the Teacher and Staff Group, the expenses shall be covered by each district office from the budget allocated for "District-level All-people Sports Competitions." |
