| I. | In accordance with the letter from the National Police Agency, Ministry of the Interior, No. 1150127201, dated July 14, 115. |
| II. | To align with the "Taiwan's Strategy to Combat Low Fertility 2.0 (Years 115-118)," the National Police Agency (hereinafter referred to as the NPA) proactively organizes singles' social events to create opportunities for single individuals to meet. | III. | To continue fostering an atmosphere that encourages marriage at an appropriate age, the NPA, through public social events, aims to assist single individuals in expanding their social circles. The NPA specifically invites colleagues from the Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Financial Supervisory Commission, Ministry of the Interior's Land Administration Agency, National Taiwan University Hospital and its affiliated institutions, hospitals, schools, organizations, and companies to participate together. The aim is to bring together single employees from the police, medical, tax, customs, education, finance, land administration, and private enterprise sectors for social interaction, creating opportunities for inter-occupational engagement. It is hoped that this will effectively broaden their social networks, leading to favorable matches and injecting new momentum into Taiwan's marriage and birth rates. |
| IV. | The aforementioned event is divided into 5 sessions. The dates, themes, and fees are as follows: |

| (II) | 2nd Session: September 13, 115 (Sunday), Taipei City - Mr. Brown Coffee, Zhongshan Branch - Coffee Aroma, Happy Memories, Fee: NT$1,280. |
| (III) | 3rd Session: September 20, 115 (Sunday), Hsinchu County - Hakka Delicacies, Romantic Encounters of Hearts, Fee: NT$1,890. |
| (IV) | 4th Session: October 17, 115 (Saturday), Miaoli County - Railway Romance, Strolling Through the Mountain City's Heartbeat, Fee: NT$1,890. |
| (V) | 5th Session: October 18, 115 (Sunday), Taipei City - Mr. Brown Coffee, Zhongshan Branch - Joyful Board Games, Subtle Strategies, Fee: NT$1,080. |
| V. | Eligibility: Single individuals aged 18 or above, with household registration in Taiwan, and possessing a full-time job. Applicants must guarantee their marital status is single (defined as unmarried, divorced, widowed, currently married, cohabiting, or engaged). |
| VI. | This event uses online registration. Those who wish to register should, before the registration deadline, visit the official website of PR23 Consulting Co., Ltd. (http://www.pr23.com.tw) to register as a free member. Then, click on "Social Events" -> "Day Trip" or "Afternoon Date" -> NPA's "Happy Police Officer," select the session, and then you can register.
