| 2. | The aforementioned event invites consumer groups such as parent association representatives, parents concerned about school lunches, school nutritionists, and catering service providers to visit the production process of domestic fresh pork products. Participants will observe on-site and receive guided explanations from experts throughout the process, allowing the public to understand the rigorous manufacturing and quality hygiene control procedures for domestic pork products, thereby enhancing confidence in the use of domestic pork in schools. |
| 3. | Registration 대상: |
| (1) | Personnel from school lunch departments, nutritionists, and related units. |
| (2) | Representatives from school lunch catering service providers. |
| (3) | Faculty and student groups from university departments related to food science. |
| (4) | Parent associations of junior high/elementary schools and parents concerned about school lunches. |
| 4. | There are a total of 5 sessions, as detailed in the brochure. Each session is limited to 30 participants, with a principle of 2 participants per unit per session. Participants will be granted official leave to attend. |
