| I. | In accordance with the Nantou County Government's letter No. 1150156325 dated July 20, 115. |
| II. | The activity details are as follows: |
| (I) | Activity time: November 7 to November 8, 115 (Saturday and Sunday). |
| (II) | Activity location: National Nantou Senior High School. |
| (III) | Registration deadline: Please send the stamped registration form (scanned PDF and WORD file) to the Taoyuan City Scout Association's mailbox (c282004@yahoo.com.tw) for consolidation by August 26, 115 (Wednesday). |
| III. | Personnel attending during the activity period shall be granted official (business) leave registration, under the principle of self-managed teaching duties and no payment of substitute teacher fees. If the activity falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be granted within 2 years based on actual attendance. |
| IV. | Attached are the aforementioned activity implementation plan and registration form, one copy each. |
