The designated courses for the 115th Civil Service Administrative Neutrality Digital Learning and Lucky Draw Event, organized by the Civil Service Protection and Training Commission, have been uploaded to the "e-Learning Platform for Civil Servants+".

| 1. | In accordance with the letter of the Civil Service Protection and Training Commission (hereinafter referred to as the CSPTC) dated July 28, 115, Gong Xun Zi No. 1152160430, and a copy of the original letter is attached. |
| 2. | To strengthen the concept of administrative neutrality for civil servants, the CSPTC previously organized the aforementioned digital learning and lucky draw event on June 11, 115, with Gong Xun Zi No. 1152160321 (as communicated by this Administration's letter Fu Ren Kao Zi No. 1150166103 on the 17th of the same month). The CSPTC has now notified that the two designated courses for this event, "Case Analysis of Civil Servant Administrative Neutrality" and "Administrative Neutrality and Law Enforcement Fairness," have both been uploaded to the "e-Learning Zone for Civil Servants" on the "e-Government Park+ Learning Platform." |
| 3. | Please continue to promote and encourage your colleagues to watch and learn. Those who complete one of the designated courses within 115 and achieve an online assessment score of 90 points or above will be eligible for individual prize drawings. Agencies whose overall performance meets the passing standard will also be eligible for group prize drawings. |
