Taoyuan City 115th Academic Year Student Dance Competition Implementation Guidelines

| I. | In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for the National Student Dance Competition, Academic Year 115". |
| II. | The revised and newly added items for the "Implementation Guidelines for the Student Dance Competition, Academic Year 115" of this city (hereinafter referred to as "these Guidelines") are detailed in Attachment 1. For a summary of the revised items for this year, please refer to Attachment 2. |
| III. | Key matters of the aforementioned competition are summarized as follows: |
| (I) | Competition Venue: Gymnasium of Pingzhen Senior High School, Taoyuan City. (Address: No. 100, Sec. 3, Huanan Rd., Pingzhen Dist., Taoyuan City 324031). |
| (II) | Competition Dates: From November 19 (Thursday) to November 22 (Sunday), Academic Year 115, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The schedule will be arranged with Area 1 first, followed by Area 2. |
| (III) | Registration Period: From October 7 (Wednesday) to October 14 (Wednesday), Academic Year 115. |
| (IV) | Registration Method: |
| 1. | Online Registration: Please log in and register on the National Student Dance Competition Information Website (https://studentdance.perdc.ntnu.edu.tw/). After registration, download and print the paper registration form (including the list of participants) and the participation commitment letter for group/individual categories from the registration system. Submit 4 copies, with the registration form stamped by the school to certify that all participants are officially enrolled students. For individual categories, the commitment letter must be signed by the participant and the choreographer. For group categories, the school seal must be affixed. Submit 2 copies to the city's organizing unit and retain the other 2 copies (to be brought to the city and final competitions for check-in and verification). No unregistered participants will be allowed to compete. |
| 2. | Mail Registration Forms: Mail the paper registration forms via registered mail by October 14 (Wednesday), Academic Year 115 (postmark date applies) to Fudan Elementary School, Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 1, Guangping Rd., Pingzhen Dist., Taoyuan City 32447, Attn: Counseling Office, Special Education Group, Tel: 03-4917491 ext. 610, 612). This completes the registration process. Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| 3. | When filling out the registration form, please accurately provide the performance time of the dance, music information, and the number of props to facilitate the scheduling. |
| (V) | Drawing Lots and Team Leader Meeting: |
| 1. | Date: October 28 (Wednesday), Academic Year 115, at 1:30 PM. The drawing of lots will be conducted publicly by the organizing unit using the National Student Dance Competition drawing system. No objections will be accepted. Once the lots are drawn, no requests to change the list will be entertained. |
| 2. | Location: 4th Floor Lecture Hall, Pingzhen Senior High School, Taoyuan City. |
| 3. | The drawing of lots will commence after the team leader meeting. All participating schools must send representatives to attend to protect their own rights and interests. |
| IV. | As the registration process for this competition involves the important rights and interests of students and the right to represent nationally, please ensure that your school effectively communicates the relevant competition information to students and parents through communication books or notices. Do not rely solely on online announcements or bulletin boards to protect students' rights. |
| V. | In accordance with Article 12 of these Guidelines, participants (students), team staff, and all personnel involved in this competition shall be granted official leave (or business leave) by their respective schools or organizations. The bureau will not issue separate leave certificates or attendance certificates. |
