Taoyuan City Government "2026 Urban Resilience (Air Defense) Exercise - Action Network Speed Reduction Drill" Office Air Defense Drill Indoor Evacuation Guidelines

{{ $t('FEZ002') }} General Affairs Office|

🏫 School Office Air Raid Drill Indoor Evacuation Guidelines:

  1. After the alarm sounds, office personnel are prohibited from going outside or lingering and watching in corridors, campus public areas, or by windows. Immediately close doors and windows, draw the curtains, and proceed to a sturdy area within the office with no or few windows (such as the inner side of a corridor or an underground shelter) for on-site evacuation.
  2. Turn off water, electricity, and lights: During the drill, turn off non-essential power in offices, extinguish lights, and shut off water and gas.
  3. Note network speed reduction: This drill will include a "mobile network speed reduction drill" for the first time. Mobile 4G/5G network speeds will be significantly reduced for 30 minutes during the drill, during which mobile payments, video streaming, and cloud synchronization for official business may be slow or unusable. However, wired networks (broadband) on campus and indoor Wi-Fi will be completely unaffected. For urgent official business, please use wired networks or office landlines.
  4. Cooperate with evacuation posture: If there is a unified air raid evacuation drill, follow the guidance of the campus protection group and move to the air raid shelter in a "no pushing, no running, no talking" manner, kneeling down, covering your eyes and ears with your hands, and slightly lifting your body off the ground.

⚠️ Special reminder: During the drill, it is considered a real situation. Those who linger on campus and refuse to comply with warnings may be fined NT$30,000 to NT$150,000 in accordance with the "Civil Defense Act".
