| Instructions: |
| 1. | In accordance with the approval of the city government's document No. 1150198179 dated July 26, 115. |
| 2. | The city has implemented the "Fresh Milk for All - Taoyuan Calcium Health" policy since February 23, 115. Starting from the 115th academic year (August 31, 115), the subsidy will be expanded to children aged 2 to 15 years old (before junior high graduation). Students and children registered in this city or attending public/private junior high schools, elementary schools, kindergartens, and infant care centers in this city are eligible to redeem one bottle of fresh milk or soy milk per week by tapping their digital student ID or fresh milk card at designated channels. |
| 3. | The policy summary is as follows: |
| (1) | Redemption start date: August 31, 115 (Monday). |
| (2) | Eligibility: Students and children aged 2 to 15 years old (before junior high graduation) who are registered in this city or attending public/private junior high schools, elementary schools, kindergartens, and infant care centers in this city. |
| (3) | Card types: |
| 1. | Digital student ID: Public/private junior high and elementary school students in this city can redeem by tapping their existing student ID (EasyCard type). |
| 2. | Fresh milk card: |
| (1) | Public/private junior high and elementary school students in this city who currently hold an EasyCard student ID, or whose student ID's e-wallet function was not activated during the original application. |
| (2) | Other children attending public/private kindergartens and infant care centers in this city, or children aged 2 to 6 who are not yet attending school. |
| (4) | Redemption channels: 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK Mart, PX Mart, Meiliandao, Lejiakang Supermarket (select stores), and Kangfu Supermarket, totaling 8 major channels. Redemption is available at all stores nationwide. |
| (5) | Redemption time and method: Redeem by tapping the card. Redemption is available year-round. Each student can redeem one bottle of fresh milk or soy milk per week (from 00:00 on Monday to 23:59 on Sunday of the current week). Unredeemed items cannot be carried over to the following week. |
| (6) | Redemption products: A total of 35 types of fresh milk and soy milk products. The items and specifications announced on the bureau's official website shall prevail. |
| (7) | Related latest announcements, promotional materials, and Q&A will be posted on the "Taoyuan Calcium Health" official website. Please download and use them. |
| 4. | Please assist your school in publicizing the following matters so that students and parents are aware of the policy and can make good use of this initiative: |
| (1) | Print and distribute notices: Please pay attention to the resolution of the printed documents and print in color if possible. Enhance publicity through various channels such as assemblies, school websites, electronic billboards, bulletin boards, LINE groups, and parent communication books. (See attachment) |
| (2) | Display the following promotional text on the school's scrolling display: "'Fresh Milk for All - Taoyuan Calcium Health' subsidy expanded starting August 31, 115. All students and children aged 2 to 15 registered or attending Taoyuan City can redeem one bottle of fresh milk or soy milk per week at 8 major channels by tapping their card. Free redemption by tapping your card! Redeem weekly! Redeem year-round!" |
| (3) | Remind students and parents during the first week of school on August 31, 115: "Redemption officially starts on the first day of school. Remember to redeem within the week. For redemption items and locations, please refer to the 'Taoyuan Calcium Health' official website." |
| 5. | Additionally, the fresh milk cards have been produced by this bureau. The cards will be mailed to each school successively. Please be attentive to the receipt and safekeeping of the cards. Further procedures for card distribution and parent signatures will be notified in a separate letter. |
