To provide comprehensive gifted services for gifted junior high school students throughout their three years, the city's identification of gifted students in junior high schools for the 116th academic year will be conducted prior to admission. The initial and re-selection will take place from March to May of next year (116). Students eligible for identification are those in the 6th grade of elementary school in the 115th academic year. The identification categories include creative ability, academic aptitude in English, and aptitude in mathematics and natural sciences, totaling 4 categories. Detailed identification schedules will be subject to the announcement of the identification guidelines.
