Description:
I. In accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Agriculture, No. 1152420100, dated February 4, 115, and the letters from the Taoyuan City Government, No. 1150036037, dated February 12, 115 (received), and No. 11500360371, dated February 12, 115 (received), proceed with the matter.
II. The short film "Mirror of Fire" and the fire prevention posters (No fires, live in a forest, use fire cautiously, protect the forest life) produced by the Forestry and Conservation Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture have been placed in the cloud space (https://reurl.cc/96x78X). All agencies and units are requested to assist in promotion and publicity.
III. When using the aforementioned fire prevention poster image files, please indicate "Authorized for use by the Forestry and Conservation Agency" and do not exceed the scope of authorization. Furthermore, it is prohibited to privately resell, lend, copy, rent, or transmit to a third party via the internet, whether for profit or not. Please comply with copyright law and intellectual property rights regulations.
IV. We also kindly request your assistance in setting the forest fire prevention slogan "Forest fire prevention: two don'ts and one remember, no campfires, no carelessly discarded cigarette butts, remember to take your trash with you" on your unit's electronic billboards (including scrolling displays), and to provide photos of the publicity results to the case handler via email by August 31, 115.
V. Additionally, the Forestry and Conservation Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture has established a "Forest Fire Risk Assessment System" (https://ffwi.forest.gov.tw/) which can provide information on forest fire risk status for the next seven days. Agencies can take preventive measures against forest fires and strengthen patrol work in high-risk areas. This is hereby stated.

四、另惠請協助於貴單位之電子看板(含跑馬燈)設定森林火災防災宣導標語「森林防火二不一記得，不營火，不亂丟菸

五、又農業部林業保育署已建立「林火風險評估系統」(https://ffwi.forest.gov.tw/)，可查知未來七日之林火
風險狀況，各機關可預為防範森林火災措施及加強高風險區域巡護工作，併此敘明。
