| I. | Eligibility: Primarily for teachers in national elementary and junior high schools. Priority will be given to those who possess a teaching certificate. |
| II. | Credit Exemption: Upon completion of the program with passing grades and attendance not exceeding one-third of the total sessions, a certificate of credits will be awarded. After formal admission to our university's master's program for in-service professionals, credits earned may be partially exempted upon approval by the department. |
| III. | Program Period: From mid-September 2026 to the end of June 2027. Classes will be held online on Friday evenings and in-person on Saturday daytime. |
