| I. | The aforementioned table tennis championship will be held on September 12, 115 (Saturday) at the gymnasium of Taoyuan Municipal Taoyuan Senior High School. The opening ceremony will begin promptly at 8:00 AM. All teams must assemble and be in formation in front of the stage by 7:30 AM. |
| II. | Due to limited parking spaces on campus on the day of the event, each participating agency will be provided with one VIP parking permit. These permits were distributed at the team leader meeting on August 26, 115. Participating agencies that have not yet collected their parking permits should send a representative to the Personnel Department of the Taoyuan City Government to collect them before September 3, 115 (Thursday). |
| III. | All first-level agencies and district offices that have formed teams to register must complete the attached VIP attendance survey by 5:00 PM on September 3, 115 (Thursday). The Excel file should then be uploaded to the "Survey System" on the Taoyuan City Personnel Service Network (https://hr.tycg.gov.tw). |
