| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Culture's letter No. 1153022789, dated September 1, 115. |
| II. | To encourage youth participation and experience in arts and culture, and to promote the development of the arts and cultural industries, the Ministry of Culture has been issuing cultural vouchers since 112 to be used as discounts for cultural consumption such as watching domestic films, attending performances, buying books, visiting museums, and DIY crafts. Starting from 115, the cultural vouchers will be distributed to individuals aged 13 to 22, with each person receiving 1,200 cultural points (1 point is equivalent to NT$1). |
| III. | The methods for obtaining and using the cultural vouchers are as follows: |
| (1) | Who can receive: Individuals born between January 1, 102 and December 31, 112, who are citizens of the Republic of China or eligible foreign nationals, can receive 1,200 cultural points. |
| (2) | How to receive: Download the "Cultural Points" APP on your mobile phone. After registering with your phone number, password, and email, click on "Cultural Points." Enter your name, ID number, National Health Insurance card number, date of birth, residential address, and household registration address. Individuals aged 16-22 must also enter the "Type of Issuance/Replacement" and "Date of Issuance." After verification, you can receive and use the points. |
| (3) | How to use: From January 1, 115 to December 31, 115, use the points for discounts at over 10,000 cultural consumption points nationwide. |
