To inform that for the 115th local public officials election and national referendum case No. 22, colleagues are requested to serve as polling station staff in this district. Please submit the application form to the Dayuan District Office without a formal document by September 21, 115 (Monday).

| I. | In accordance with the letter of the Taoyuan City Election Commission, No. 1150001177, dated September 2, 115. |
| II. | The 115 local public office election and the 22nd national referendum (Case 1) are scheduled to be held on November 28, 115 (Saturday). As this election is combined with a referendum, additional poll workers are urgently needed to ensure the smooth operation of election affairs. |
| III. | According to Articles 58 and 59 of the Public Election and Recall Act, the chief administrator and at least one-third of the administrators of polling stations must be current civil servants or public school teachers. The chief supervisor must be a current or former civil servant or public school teacher. The election commission may request recommendations from government agencies and public schools at all levels for appointment. Government agencies, public schools, and their staff members who are requested or appointed shall not refuse. |
| IV. | To recognize the hard work of the poll workers, in accordance with the letter of the Central Election Commission, No. 1150023938, dated August 12, 115, poll workers are granted 2 days of compensatory leave. Therefore, we request that your agency and school actively encourage and recommend your colleagues to participate and jointly assist in the successful completion of election tasks. |
| V. | For the recommendation process, please have your agency or school assist in compiling the registration forms and submit them directly (or by fax to 03-3865159/email:10078179@mail.tycg.gov.tw) to our Election Affairs Center by September 21, 115, without a formal cover letter. |
| VI. | Additionally, our office will hold training sessions for "Chief Administrators and Chief Supervisors of Polling Stations" on October 28, 115, and for "Administrators, Supervisors, and Reserve Personnel of Polling Stations" on October 21 and November 4, 115. We request that your agency and school assist in notifying the personnel participating in election affairs to reserve these times (the number of personnel previously reported by your agency or school has been recorded by our office, and training notices will be sent separately). |
| VII. | Attached are one copy each of the "List of Poll Workers" and "Poll Worker Registration Form." |
