Inform the New Taipei City Government's Office of Ethics and Integrity about the development of the 115th year junior and senior high school workplace professional ethics comic textbook "How to Play the Workplace Game? 4 Major Survival Strategies for Fresh Graduates"

| I. | In accordance with the letter from the New Taipei City Government's Department of Government Ethics, dated September 2, 115, with reference number Xinbei Zheng Er Zi No. 1151737860, forwarded by our Government's Department of Government Ethics on September 3, 115, with reference number Tao Zheng Yu Zi No. 1150006495. |
| II. | To implement the cultivation of professional ethics education from an early age and to strengthen the legal literacy of young students before they enter the workplace, the New Taipei City Government's Department of Government Ethics has developed the aforementioned comic educational material. The material uses common ethical issues in schools and future workplaces as its main theme, employing a lively and engaging comic format with contrasting scenarios to guide students in understanding the legal knowledge related to workplace integrity, labor rights protection, gender equality, and the risks of AI application. The aim is to provide correct career guidance. |
| III. | The aforementioned comic educational material covers four major themes: |
| (I) | Workplace Integrity: Illustrates the risks of forgery and fraud offenses under the Criminal Code using the scenario of "punching in" for someone else. |
| (II) | Labor Rights: Focuses on the principle of full wage payment under the Labor Standards Act, teaching students how to respond to improper wage deductions. |
| (III) | Gender Equality: Cites the principles of prohibiting employment discrimination and equal pay for equal work under the Gender Equality in Employment Act, breaking down gender stereotypes in the workplace. |
| (IV) | AI Application Risks: Discusses the legal liabilities under the Trade Secrets Act related to uploading company confidential information to AI tools. |
