| I. | This is handled in accordance with the letter of the Directorate-General of Personnel, Executive Yuan (hereinafter referred to as the DGPA) dated September 9, 115, No. 1150800325, and a copy of the original letter is attached. |
| II. | To implement the Smart Nation policy and help all civil servants establish core competencies in artificial intelligence (AI) safety governance, the DGPA is promoting the aforementioned certification. It combines credible private certification resources with the needs of public service to ensure that civil servants possess both technical operational and legal compliance capabilities. |
| III. | The certification test content adopts a "70/30 dual-track recognition model," combining existing credible private AI certification items (accounting for 70%) with customized core competencies for public service (accounting for 30%). The test topics focus on practical application security lines, including AI policies and regulations, sensitive data protection, cybersecurity risk management, and ethical guidelines. Information regarding registration for the certification can be found on the DGPA's official website in the "AI Civil Servant Talent Development Office Special Zone" (URL: https://www.dgpa.gov.tw/mp/informationlist?uid=904&mid=903). Those who pass the certification will receive an electronic certificate valid for 2 years issued by the certifying body. The certificate information will be automatically interfaced with the DGPA's WebHR personnel information system, and individuals can query the certificate information in their personal expertise and skills on the DGPA's "Civil Servant Personal Data Service Network (MyData)." |
