Announcement Compilation
To protect teachers' right to rest outside of working hours, please find attached a copy of the Ministry of Education's official letter.

| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1156001796 dated June 17, 115. |
| II. | The aforementioned letter indicates that, except for campus safety, major emergencies, disaster response, or other urgent matters, teaching affairs and parent-teacher communication should be handled as much as possible during working hours, and appropriate contact periods, emergency handling, and compensation mechanisms for working outside of office hours should be established. |
| III. | Please post the aforementioned letter and inform all faculty and staff, and properly explain the principles of parent-teacher communication to parents; furthermore, please consult with the school's teachers' association, labor union, or teacher representatives to discuss contact periods, response principles, and emergency handling procedures. Non-urgent messages may be responded to on the next business day; teachers should not be required to be on standby outside of office hours, nor should they be given unfavorable evaluations for not responding immediately. |
| IV. | Please establish a work record, overtime approval, and compensation procedure for teachers performing duties outside of office hours, and include the actual work situation of handling official matters remotely, such as by phone or communication software, in the approval process; this letter is copied to the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau, requesting that consistent handling principles be provided for related matters to facilitate implementation by all schools. |
