To inform that the Bureau of the Retirement Fund for Civil Servants and Teachers will hold the "Online Seminar on Independent Investment in the Personal Account System for Civil Servants and Teachers (4th Session)" on the afternoon of October 21, 115.

| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Public Service Pension and Pension Fund Management Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Fund Management Bureau) dated September 15, 115, with reference number 1152124195, as submitted by the Personnel Department of this Administration. The original letter and one copy of the attachment are hereby enclosed. |
| II. | The individual account system for civil servants and teachers (hereinafter referred to as the savings system) commenced autonomous investment on January 1, 114. To promote investment literacy and familiarity with the autonomous investment platform functions among participants of the savings system, the Fund Management Bureau is organizing the aforementioned seminar. |
| III. | Please inform your agency (school) of the following matters regarding the aforementioned seminar: |
| (1) | Time: October 21, 115 (Wednesday), from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. |
| (2) | Method: Online seminar (Link: https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/46791005650412?p=zvivbp52QEgcyvAMh8). |
| (3) | Participants: Civil servants and teachers participating in the savings system, and personnel officers. The online platform can accommodate over 1,000 participants. |
| (4) | Registration: Complete online registration through the "Training Needs and Learning Services System" on the Civil Service Development Institute of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan (hereinafter referred to as the Development Institute, website: https://www.hrd.gov.tw) before the course begins. |
| (5) | Other Matters: |
| 1. | For the "Name" field, please enter "Abbreviated Agency Name - Full Name". The Fund Management Bureau will record the learning hours after confirming the consistency of attendance and registration information. |
| 2. | If the number of participants on the day exceeds the limit of 1,000, other participants will join in "view-only" mode. Participants in this mode can watch and listen to the meeting content but cannot interact via audio, video, or chat. |
| 3. | If you have any questions, please use the online question form (Link: https://forms.office.com/r/cKCNhxZVXj) to submit them. |
| 4. | Related materials for the aforementioned seminar can be downloaded and reviewed from the Fund Management Bureau's website (website: www.fund.gov.tw) under the section "Civil Servant and Teacher Individual Account System Zone \ Savings Promotion \ Educational Promotion Presentations". |
| 5. | For personnel from this Administration (including subordinate agencies) attending the aforementioned seminar, agencies (schools) are requested to grant official leave. For leave for personnel attending the Taoyuan City Council, agencies should handle it according to their authority. |
| IV. | Additionally, the Fund Management Bureau has uploaded educational training videos related to autonomous investment in the savings system to the "e-Learning Civil Service Garden+ Learning Platform" of the Development Institute. If you are unable to attend the aforementioned seminar, you can learn independently from the platform (website: https://elearn.hrd.gov.tw/info/10046701). Upon passing the test, the system will automatically record your learning hours. |
