No. 1150012067, and the work plan of the Home Economics Subject Center and the Northern Region Promotion Center for Inquiry and Practice Courses of ordinary senior high schools under the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration. |
| 2. | To enhance teachers' professional knowledge and skills regarding climate change issues, and to improve their teaching design and practical application abilities, this workshop will assist teachers in integrating climate change-related knowledge into their curriculum and teaching through lectures, practical exercises, and experience sharing, thereby improving teaching quality and learning outcomes. |

| (1) | Workshop 1: Adapting to Life in Heatwaves - What to Wear? |
| 1. | Date: October 17, 2027 (Saturday), 8:50 AM to 12:50 PM. |
| 2. | Location: National Tainan Girls' Senior High School. |
| 3. | Introduction: How to understand the fabric fibers and structural composition, and thus know the principles and testing of moisture-wicking, breathability, and heat insulation. Simultaneously, further consider how to guide students to choose suitable clothing for different weather conditions, environments, and activity needs. |
| (2) | Workshop 2: Adapting to Life in Heatwaves - What to Eat? |
| 1. | Date: November 7, 2027 (Saturday), 9:00 AM to 12:50 PM. |
| 2. | Location: Taipei Municipal Jianguo High School. |
| 3. | Introduction: Starting from wild vegetables and native Taiwanese plants, combined with indigenous foraging wisdom and the concept of "future food," guide students to think about locally sourced ingredients and dietary choices that are resilient to high temperatures and extreme weather. |

| 3. | Introduction: Starting from everyday issues such as high-temperature warnings, campus environment observation, and moisture-wicking clothing, through data analysis and scientific practice, guide teachers to transform high-temperature issues into observable, question-provoking, and practical inquiry topics that can be integrated into high school inquiry and practice courses. |
| (4) | Detailed course information and registration methods are provided in the attached implementation plan. |
