| 1. | In accordance with the letter from our bureau's Health Bureau dated September 21, 115, Document No. 1150088675. |
| 2. | To enhance the awareness of young people and citizens about the health hazards of betel nut and oral cancer prevention, and to establish a concept of rejecting betel nut, this bureau is launching the aforementioned lucky draw event. Through WebAR filter experience, social sharing, and collaborative participation with friends, we invite the public to bravely say "no" to betel nut and protect their own health and that of their friends and family. |
| 3. | Event information is as follows: |
| (1) | Event period: From now until November 10, 115 (inclusive). |
| (2) | Eligibility: Open to all ages. Participants must be registered residents of this city or currently enrolled in a school in this city. |
| (3) | Participation steps: |
| 1. | Scan the event QR Code with your mobile phone to enter the event website. |
| 2. | Use the WebAR filter to take photos or short videos. |
| 3. | Share publicly on Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, and include the designated hashtag "#TaoyuanRejectsBetelNutChallengeBetelNutIsACarcinogen". |
| 4. | Return to the event website to complete the registration and qualify for the lucky draw. |
| (4) | Event prizes: Total prize money of NT$50,000, with 200 winners. |
| 1. | Individual prizes: Challenge King Award (5 winners, NT$1,000 each), Challenge Expert Award (185 winners, NT$200 each). |
| 2. | Bonus prizes: Friends in the Same Frame Bonus Award (5 winners, NT$600 each), Oral Screening Bonus Award (5 winners, NT$1,000 each). |
