Amendments to Articles of the Enforcement Rules of the Act Governing the Pay of Civil Servants and Articles 3, 5, and 8 of the Regulations Governing the Calculation and Recognition of Salary Grades for Previous Civil Service Years of Service

| I. | In accordance with the Ministry of Personnel's letter No. 1156000487 dated August 28, 115, the original letter and its attachments are attached herewith. |
| II. | For incumbent personnel who were legally appointed before the amendment of the aforementioned regulations took effect, if they have basic years of service that were never counted for salary grade advancement or used to qualify for their current appointment, and if they meet the conditions for salary grade advancement after the amendment takes effect (including the type of years of service; equivalent to the current position's grade, similar in nature, and with excellent service performance), they may apply for salary grade advancement before November 30, 115. The advancement will be retroactive to the effective date of the amendment (August 28, 115). Applications submitted after the deadline will be effective from the date of application. Please note the aforementioned deadline and process the calculation of previously held civil service years of service for salary grade advancement for civil servants in accordance with the Ministry of Personnel's letter and relevant forms, to safeguard personnel rights and interests. |
