| I. | In order to promote the excellent school spirit of our university, the selection of outstanding alumni for 115 will be carried out in accordance with the university's selection method for outstanding alumni, serving as a model for future generations. |
| II. | We kindly request your association (unit) to actively recommend outstanding alumni who meet the qualifications, and to fill out the "Chongren Medical Care Management College Outstanding Alumni Recommendation Form", attaching relevant specific achievements and supporting materials, and send (deliver) it to the Secretariat of our university (No. 1, Da Hu, Hubei Li, Dalin Township, Chiayi County 62241) before October 30, 115 (Friday), so as to facilitate the subsequent selection process. |
| III. | Attached are the "Chongren Medical Care Management College Outstanding Alumni Selection Method" and the "Chongren Medical Care Management College Outstanding Alumni Recommendation Form", one copy of each. Please acknowledge and kindly assist in the recommendation. |
