Inform the city's 115th year elementary and middle school 30th principal and director candidate selection brochure and forms

| I. | Conducted in accordance with the "Regulations on the Appointment of Educational Personnel" and the "Measures for the Selection, Training, and Recommendation of Principals and Directors of Public Elementary and Junior High Schools." |
| II. | The schedule for the aforementioned selection is as follows: |
| (1) | Online registration period: Complete online registration from 8:00 AM on October 5, 115 (Monday) to 12:00 PM on October 16, 115 (Friday) (https://principal.tyes.tyc.edu.tw/). The online registration time on the city's selection registration system shall prevail. Late applications will not be accepted (mail-in applications are not accepted). |
| (2) | Qualifications review period: Starting at 1:00 PM on November 4, 115 (Wednesday) at Taoyuan Elementary School. Applicants should follow the subsequent announcement for their respective sessions and times for review. Latecomers will not be accepted. |
| (3) | Director recommendation selection (oral examination) period: Starting at 8:00 AM on November 21, 115 (Saturday) at Taoyuan Elementary School. |
| (4) | Principal and Director general selection (written examination) period: From 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM on December 5, 115 (Saturday) at Taoyuan Elementary School. |
| (5) | Principal selection (oral examination) and Director general selection (oral examination) period: Starting at 8:00 AM on December 6, 115 (Sunday) at Taoyuan Elementary School. |
| III. | The number of positions to be filled in the aforementioned selection is as follows (before recommending candidates for director positions, each school should consider the actual vacancy situation for directors. Recommendations can only be made if there is a genuine vacancy, or current acting directors should be prioritized): |
| (1) | Junior high school principal candidate pool: 6 positions. |
| (2) | Elementary school principal candidate pool: 15 positions. |
| (3) | Junior high school director candidate pool: 8 positions for general selection, 15 positions for recommendation selection. |
| (4) | Elementary school director candidate pool: 15 positions for general selection, 25 positions for recommendation selection. |
| IV. | Related matters to note: |
| (1) | Registration fee: Candidates will be charged in two stages. |
| 1. | Principal selection registration fee: |
| (1) | Initial selection fee: NT$1,000. |
| A. | Payment method: ATM or online banking transfer. |
| B. | Payment period: October 5, 115 (Monday) to October 16, 115 (Friday). |
| C. | Failure to complete the transfer by the payment deadline will result in disqualification from the on-site qualifications review. |
| (2) | Re-selection fee: NT$1,000, payable in cash at check-in on the day of the oral examination. |
| 2. | Director selection registration fee: |
| (1) | Initial selection fee: NT$1,000 (to be paid by both general and recommended selection applicants). |
| A. | Payment method: ATM or online banking transfer. |
| B. | Payment period: October 5, 115 (Monday) to October 16, 115 (Friday). |
| C. | Failure to complete the transfer by the payment deadline will result in disqualification from the on-site qualifications review. |
| (2) | Re-selection fee: NT$1,000, payable in cash at check-in on the day of the oral examination for the general group. |
| (2) | Applicants who were not selected for the director recommendation selection may continue to apply for the director general selection (written examination) and re-selection (oral examination). The system will be open for re-registration and payment of the NT$1,000 written examination fee via ATM or online banking transfer from 8:00 AM to 11:59 PM on November 23, 115 (Monday). New admission tickets (for the general group) can be printed online from 8:00 AM on November 26 (Thursday). |
| V. | Preview of selection brochure items: |
| (1) | Revision of qualifications review form: |
| 1. | Special bonus points will be added for "Winning the City's Branded School Program Selection" (2 points for Excellent Award, 1 point for Honorable Mention), scheduled to be implemented from the 31st issue in 116. |
| 2. | Continuing education items will include "Participation in Information-Related Certification Exams" (up to 3 points), scheduled to be implemented from the 31st issue in 116. |
| 3. | Graduates of "Principal Training Programs or Advanced Educational Personnel Law and Politics Programs offered by universities and colleges approved by the City Bureau of Education" in the continuing education category will have their maximum score adjusted from 8 points to 6 points, scheduled to be implemented from the 32nd issue in 117. |
| (2) | The basic qualifications for applicants applying for the principal candidate selection will be amended to include "having served as a department director for more than 1 year in 2 different departments." Those who have served as acting principals for more than 1 year may be counted as having served as a department director for one of the positions. This will be implemented from the 31st issue in 116. |
| VI. | Considering the limited parking space at the organizing school, applicants are requested to arrange their own parking. |
