| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Girl Guides Association of Taoyuan City, dated October 12, 115, Document No. 115020. |
| II. | The event details are as follows: |
| (1) | Event Date and Time: December 6, 115 (Sunday), from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. |
| (2) | Event Location: Hui Ji Junior High School. |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: From now until November 6, 115 (Friday). |
| (4) | Participants who complete the entire event will be granted 6 hours of training credit. |
| III. | During the event, staff and participants are requested to be granted official leave (or business leave) on the principle of self-managed coursework and without compensation for substitute teaching hours. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave may be granted within two years. |
