| I. | According to the Kaohsiung Chinese Academy of Arts 2026 Autumn Exhibition Plan. |
| II. | The submission period and target audience for the aforementioned competition are as follows. Please assist in disseminating the competition and selection information to all relevant participants: |
| (1) | Application submission period: From now until November 4, 115 (Wednesday). |
| (2) | Competition items: Please upload your submitted works or videos to the cloud drive of the registration system. |
| 1. | "The 19th Chinese Arts Starlight Gang" (Singing and Dancing categories require submission of preliminary audition videos) |
| 2. | "Youth Mission - My Anime Universe" Original Character Design and Comic Illustration Competition (Works) |
