| I. | The regulations of this competition involve the important rights and interests of students and the national representative qualification. To protect students' rights and interests, please ensure that your school accurately conveys the competition information to students and parents through communication books or notices, and not solely through online announcements or bulletin boards. |
| II. | The original regulations of this competition prohibited the use of rosin. However, considering the venue conditions and the safety needs of participants, it has been adjusted to allow participating units (including individual and group categories) to use rosin in appropriate amounts according to their actual needs, and they must comply with the following usage and venue restoration regulations: |
| (1) | Those who use rosin must cooperate with the designated usage area and methods of the organizing committee, avoid excessive scattering, and prevent rosin from scattering to other areas, which may affect the safety of subsequent participants. |
| (2) | Participating units wishing to use rosin should prepare their own rosin and cleaning supplies (such as dry rags, kitchen paper towels) and arrange for cleaning personnel. After use and before leaving, they must complete the cleaning of the relevant areas to restore the venue to its original condition. The time for venue restoration and the completion status will be determined by the organizing committee; please follow the instructions of the on-site staff and complete the cleaning within the time designated by the organizing committee to protect the rights and interests of subsequent participants and ensure the smooth progress of the competition. |
| (3) | The use of rosin itself will not result in point deductions; however, failure to restore the venue to its original condition in accordance with the regulations will result in a deduction of 3 points from the participating unit's total average score, according to the venue restoration regulations in the implementation guidelines of this competition. If the performance time exceeds the original specified duration due to cleaning, 1 point will be deducted from the total average score for every 30 seconds of exceeding the time, according to the implementation guidelines. |
| III. | This adjustment is applicable to this competition from the date of announcement. All other regulations shall be handled in accordance with the implementation guidelines for the 115th academic year student dance competition of this city. |
| IV. | For the adjusted regulations regarding the use of rosin and venue restoration for the national student dance competition finals, please refer to the official website of the National Student Dance Competition (https://studentdance.perdc.ntnu.edu.tw/). Additionally, this city will not issue separate official documents to remind participating units of competition-related matters for the 115th academic year student dance competition. Therefore, all participating personnel from each school must visit the official website of the National Student Dance Competition to check for updates on relevant information in a timely manner to protect the rights and interests of the participating contestants. |
