Notice - The Civil Service Development Institute of the Executive Yuan's Public Service Administration is holding an information session for the "115th Civil Service AI Excellence Application Competition".

| I. | This is in accordance with the letter from the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration (DGPA) of the Executive Yuan, No. 1150800397, dated October 22, 115, and a copy of the original letter (including attachments) is attached. |
| II. | To accelerate the promotion of AI innovative applications in government agencies, identify AI pioneers, validate practical models that can be replicated, and transform single-agency solutions into universal government intelligent assets, the DGPA is organizing the aforementioned competition. The relevant submission information is as follows (see Attachment 1): |
| (1) | Period: From the announcement of the guidelines to November 20, 115 (Friday). |
| (2) | Eligibility and Categories: Central and local government agencies (organizations) and their subordinate agencies (organizations). Teams can be formed by a single agency (organization) or through cross-agency collaboration (maximum of 10 people per team). The competition categories are divided into the Excellence Practice Group and the Forward-Looking Concept Group. |
| (3) | Awards: The competition will recognize innovative models that demonstrate courage and achieve substantial results, offering monetary prizes and administrative commendations as tangible incentives to honor proactive transformation teams. |
| III. | To fully explain the competition mechanism, the DGPA will hold an information session for submissions in Taipei on November 4, 115 (Wednesday) from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM in the VIP Hall on the 14th floor of the Civil Service Institute of the DGPA. This session will also be conducted remotely. Please register enthusiastically on the competition website (https://govaiawards.hrd.gov.tw/). |
