Notice - The Civil Service Development Institute of the Executive Yuan's Personnel Administration will hold the first permanent exhibition of the smart learning experience field from October 28, 115 to January 27, 116 at the Taipei and Nantou campuses.

| I. | In accordance with the letter No. 1150800411 dated October 27, 115 (2026) from the Civil Service as a Human Resource Development Institute of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute"), and with a copy of the original letter (including attachments) enclosed. |
| II. | To implement the government's vision of leading with artificial intelligence (AI) technology and to enhance the digital transformation capabilities of public servants, the Institute has specially planned a smart learning experience zone. Adopting a dual-axis exhibition framework of forward-looking demonstration and empowering practical application, it translates the practical scenarios of AI in public governance and training exercises through thematic narratives and interactive experiences, aiming to open up new horizons for various agencies in promoting business intelligence and service innovation. The relevant information is as follows: |

| (2) | Target Audience: Civil servants of the Executive Yuan and its affiliated central and local government agencies. |

| 1. | Taipei Campus: Self-Study Center, 4th Floor, Dormitory Building, No. 30, Section 3, Xinsheng South Road, Da'an District, Taipei City. |
| 2. | Nantou Campus: Library, 2nd Floor, Cultural and Educational Building, No. 1, Guangming Road, Nantou City. |
| (4) | Opening Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Actual operation and opening status are subject to announcements on the event website. |

| III. | Exhibition and Registration Methods (Please obtain agency approval through internal procedures before registering for official leave (business trip)): |
| (1) | Individuals: For the Taipei Campus, self-guided visits are welcome during opening hours without the need to fill out a registration form. For the Nantou Campus, due to access control, please fill out the individual registration form on the event website in advance and follow the entry procedures and transportation guidance provided in the confirmation notice for access verification. |
| (2) | Agencies/Groups: Please fill out the group guided tour registration form on the event website at least 7 days prior to the intended visit date, specifying the campus, date, time slot, number of participants, and contact information. You may choose between self-guided tours (AI guided tour system available on-site) or guided tours by staff. The venue operation team will contact you to confirm the visit arrangements. |
