| Subject: | To inform you about the Hakka Affairs Council's "Hakka Coin 2.0 Campus Incentive Program" information consolidation with a dual-track approach, please be informed. |
| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the Hakka Affairs Council's (hereinafter referred to as HACO) letter dated October 21, 115, HACO-YU-Zi No. 1156700881. |
| II. | In response to green environmental protection, prevention of counterfeiting, and effective savings in administrative costs such as paper printing, mailing, and reimbursement, this Hakka Coin will be sent via encrypted QR Code through "Email" to enhance overall distribution and management efficiency. However, to balance the reduction of administrative burden at the grassroots level of schools and to ensure the rights and interests of teachers and students in receiving incentives, this program will adopt a dual-track mechanism starting from now on: |
| (1) | Batch processing by schools: Your school can choose to continue assisting with batch reporting through the "Hakka Coin 2.0 Campus Information Consolidation Platform" in accordance with the provisions of this Bureau's letter dated October 2, 115, Tao-Jiao-Xiao-Zi No. 1150093183 (attached for reference). Teachers and students who complete the reporting before November 30, 115, are expected to be able to use Hakka Coins starting in December of this year (115). |
| (2) | Individual online application: An "individual online application mechanism" is planned to be launched in March 116, where eligible teachers and students can apply online themselves. Those without an email address can also apply, and dedicated customer service personnel will assist with matters such as receiving coins. |
| (3) | For subsequent inquiries regarding application and collection, please contact the Hakka Coin 2.0 customer service hotline: 0800-525-168 (available from October 20, 115). |
| III. | The HACO will hold a press conference on October 28, 115, to explain Hakka Coin 2.0. In the future, while implementing policies for Hakka language inheritance and revitalization, we will balance school administrative capacity and the rights and interests of teachers and students to jointly promote the sustainable development of the Hakka language. |
