| 1. | This is in accordance with this office's project survey plan for "Supply and Demand Planning and Utilization of Primary and Secondary School Teachers" for 115. |
| 2. | In order to understand the work status, workload, work pressure, and retention intention of current primary and secondary school teachers, and to explore the impact of factors such as teacher shortages, overtime teaching, concurrent administrative and homeroom duties, parent-teacher communication outside of working hours, and complaint, whistleblowing, or petition cases on teachers, the aforementioned survey is being conducted to provide reference for analyzing teacher allocation and utilization related systems and implementation. |
| 3. | This survey is conducted anonymously online. The target audience is current teachers in public and private primary and secondary schools. The completion time is approximately 5 to 6 minutes. The survey URL is https://www.surveycake.com/s/w3gZr. The deadline for completion is November 15, 115 (Sunday). The survey results will only be used for overall statistical and analytical purposes and will not be used for individual or single-school identification. |
