Regarding the "110 Public Servants' Book Review and Reading Promotion Competition" organized by the National Civil Service Academy (hereinafter referred to as the Academy), all colleagues are welcome to participate enthusiastically.

Details:
1. In accordance with the Academy's official letter No. 1090800251 dated December 18, 109, and attached is a copy of the original letter (including attachments).

2. The book review competition will use "One Book a Month and Annual Recommended Classics" as the designated reading list (a total of 14 books), divided into three major categories for evaluation: "Public Policy and Management Skills," "Self-Development and Humanistic Care," and "Annual Recommended Classics."

3. To guide colleagues in lifelong learning and promote a reading culture, the Taoyuan City Government requests that each agency and school select 1 to 3 excellent works by June 1, 110 (each submission requires 3 copies and an electronic file). These should be sent to the Personnel Department of the City Government for compilation. The top 15 works selected by the City Government will be recommended to the Academy to participate in this event. The authors should grant Taoyuan City Government the right to publish their works on the Personnel Department's website for colleagues' reference, free of charge, to expand learning benefits.

4. The Academy has selected 14 books for the 110 "One Book a Month" and "Annual Recommended Classics" (designated books for the review competition), and 12 additional recommended reading books. Publishers are also offering a discounted book purchase plan for public servants (7.1% off). The offer is valid until December 31, 110.
