| 一、 | Based on the letter from the Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, dated January 11, 111 (2022), Ref: Health Promotion and Social Participation Division No. 1110260042. |
| 二、 | In response to an aging society, to promote healthy aging, and to reduce the risk of frailty and disability in the elderly, the Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, integrated cross-ministerial resources for the "Training of Trainers for Prevention and Delay of Disability" and the demand for trainers in 110 (2021). A "Training Management System for Trainers for Prevention and Delay of Disability" (https://healthtraining.hpa.gov.tw/; linked from the homepage of the Administration's official website) was established, and a pilot online training for Integrated Care for Older People (ICOPE) was completed. |
| 三、 | In 111 (2022), to assist community centers, medical institutions, and the 266 programs approved by the Ministry of Health and Welfare's "Care Plan for Prevention and Delay of Disability" in 110 (2021) with overall implementation and operation (Attachment 2), individuals who already possess trainer qualifications from the Long-Term Care Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the Administration's "Trainers for Prevention and Delay of Disability," as well as the Ministry of Education's "Intermediate Trainers for National Physical Fitness," will have their qualifications unaffected. In 111 (2022), they can continue to teach at community centers (including community care centers, neighborhood long-term care stations, caregiver support service points, senior health promotion stations, senior learning centers, and silver fitness clubs, etc.) and medical institutions. |
| 四、 | To provide community centers and medical institutions with the human resources of the aforementioned trainers and to enhance the quality of services for promoting the health of the elderly, the Administration continues to open the "Training Management System for Trainers for Prevention and Delay of Disability." Trainers can complete the online courses and pass the post-course quizzes by June 30, 111 (2022), to obtain an electronic training certificate. |
