一、	Based on the letter dated April 19, 111, from the Steering Committee for Special Admissions to Vocational Programs in Senior High Schools in the 111th Academic Year, No. 1111900040.

二、	The revisions and supplementary explanations for this city are as follows:

(一)

If a candidate requests a make-up test on the day of the practical skills test (April 23, 111) due to "confirmed diagnosis," "home quarantine," "quarantine," or "self-health management while awaiting test results," the make-up test date will be determined by the admitting school and should be completed within 2 weeks as a general principle. It will be held only once. Admitting schools must consider the availability of students applying for make-up tests when planning the practical skills test.

If the entire school is suspended on the day of the practical skills test, the test schedule will be postponed. If only certain classes are suspended, and those classes are the ones for which admissions are being conducted through this channel, the practical skills test for that program may be postponed, considering the students' exposure environment and the school's administrative capacity. Any changes to the test date must be announced on the school website and notified to the students. Furthermore, the changes must be reported to the Ministry of Education for approval by Friday, April 22, 111, and the responsible person at the Bureau of High School Education, Lin Yan-xuan, must be notified by phone at 03-3322101 ext. 7592.

(三)	Other matters are as follows:

Candidates who are under "home quarantine" or "quarantine" and have not yet received an official notice from the city's health department may apply for a make-up test at the admitting school by obtaining a "Certificate of Absence Due to COVID-19 Suspension" from their junior high school. The candidate must then submit the "home quarantine" or "quarantine" notice on the day of the make-up test.

If a candidate's class is suspended for 10 days and the entire school is suspended, or if the candidate is diagnosed with COVID-19, is under home quarantine, quarantine, or self-health management while awaiting test results, they are prohibited from taking the test on the scheduled day and must apply for a make-up test at the admitting school.

Candidates who are under "self-health management" on the day of the test, have tested negative, are asymptomatic, and are not restricted from going out, may take the test in a designated isolation room at the admitting school by presenting a "self-health management" notice (or a "Certificate of Absence Due to COVID-19 Suspension" issued by the school). They do not need to apply for a make-up test.

４、	If a candidate's school has a class suspension for 10 days, candidates not in that class do not need to provide a negative COVID-19 test result (including home rapid tests or PCR tests) obtained within 24 hours prior to the test to the admitting school.
