本市「114年度心三美典範遴選活動實施計畫」

| 一、 | Based on this bureau's letters of May 13, 114 (Tao Jiao Xiao Zi No. 1140043380) and July 22, 114 (Tao Jiao Xiao Zi No. 11400676311) (received), and the letter from Taoyuan Municipal Hui Long Junior High School (hereinafter referred to as Hui Long Junior High School) dated July 14, 114 (Hui Zhong Xiao Xue Zi No. 1140005940). |
| 二、 | The aforementioned plan is summarized as follows (details in the implementation plan): |
| (一) | Selection Content: |
| 1. | Documentary Group: |
| (1) | With the theme of "Three Beauties of the Heart Movement" - greeting, gratitude, doing good deeds, select at least one item as the main content of the film, and conduct candid filming and interviews of the members during the activities. |
| (2) | The film will be presented by mixing photos and videos. |
| 2. | Creative Group: |
| (1) | With the theme of "Three Beauties of the Heart Movement" - greeting, gratitude, doing good deeds, select at least one item as the main content of the film, and conduct original video shooting. |
| (2) | The film content can be presented in various forms such as short dramas, commercials, crosstalk, song MVs, etc. |
| (二) | Submission Guidelines: |
| 1. | The length of the video (including opening and closing credits) shall be between 2 minutes and 30 seconds and 3 minutes and 30 seconds. The video format shall be a file format that can be uploaded to YouTube (e.g., .MOV, .MPEG4, .MP4, .AVI, .WMV, etc.). |
| 2. | Each submitted work can have up to 3 main authors. The "Application Form for Selection of Exemplary Figures of Three Beauties of the Heart Movement," "Copyright Free Authorization Consent Form," and "Authorization Pledge for Submitted Works" must be filled out. |
| (三) | Submission Method: |
| 1. | Online Submission: Please fill out the submission form and upload the relevant files at the web link: https://forms.gle/3LXhRLoYFdLJZxTt5 |
| 2. | Mailing: (As per Attachment 1, 2, and 3 of the Implementation Plan) Mail (or deliver) the video CD along with the submission form to the Academic Affairs Office of Hui Long Junior High School (Address: No. 168, Section 1, Wanshou Road, Guishan District, Taoyuan City, 333), Phone: (02) 8209–6088 ext. 310, 317. |
| (四) | Submission Deadline: From now until January 23, 115 (Friday) (postmark as proof). |
| (五) | Awards and Recognition: |
| 1. | For authors who are faculty and staff of senior high schools and below in Taoyuan City, or personnel of the Bureau of Education and its subordinate agencies, 0.1 points for research and publications will be awarded according to the "Review Guidelines for Research and Publication Points for Educational Personnel in Senior High Schools and Below in Taoyuan City" (if a winning work is a collaborative effort by multiple authors, the points will be divided equally among the authors). |
| 2. | Awards for "Excellent" and "Outstanding" works are as follows: |
| (1) | For authors who are faculty and staff of public senior high schools, junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens in Taoyuan City, one commendation will be awarded according to the "Regulations on Performance Evaluation of Principals of Public Senior High Schools and Below," "Regulations on Performance Evaluation of Teachers of Public Senior High Schools and Below," and "Regulations on Rewards and Punishments for Faculty and Staff of Public Senior High Schools, Junior High Schools, Elementary Schools, and Kindergartens in Taoyuan City." |
| (2) | For authors who are students or not faculty and staff of public senior high schools, junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens in Taoyuan City, one certificate of commendation will be issued by this bureau. |
| (3) | This bureau will issue gift certificates of NT$5,000 for each "Excellent" work and NT$3,000 for each "Outstanding" work. |
| 3. | For "Honorable Mention" works, one certificate of commendation will be issued to each author by this bureau. |
